window shopping (2003)
Not a good film by any stretch of the imagination (hey, at least we're honest), but worth noting because of a recurring joke that originated in this film. For some reason, our hero (Everett Lowe) is reading a book throughout the film. In a roundabout way, we learn the book is the book version of yesterday (2001), the ending of which is dismissed as "utopian and tidy". The same book will show up in L'Attente (2006), gravida (2007), and pretty much anything else we can cram it into.
